Villa San Pietro
is a recently restored 17th century villa with massive oak
beams, ancient brick floors, and beautiful antique furnishings.
The Villa is owned and operated by a young French-Italian
couple, Anna and Jacques Ducroz. Upon your arrival we invite you
to relax under an ancient fresco or enjoy a welcome drink in the
secluded garden.
Take a look at our furnished rooms in the Villa. Each room is 32
square meters with private ensuite bathroom.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sitting room while admiring
the ancient frescoed ceiling or in the garden. Upon request,
candle-lit dinners can be served at night.
During the winter months enjoy breakfast in the frescoed ceiling
room.
In the summertime, breakfast is served in the garden.
We offer fresh bread, baked daily, delicious homemade yogurt and
a variety of jams. Enjoy cereals, orange juice, tea, coffee, and
chocolate.
The courtyard of Villa San Pietro is surrounded by a natural
setting of flowering trees and colorful flowers. The Villa has
remained within the family for over 400 years.
3 tennis courts and Olympionic swimming pool (indoor & outdoor)
only 2 minutes walking distance from the Villa.
Guided paths for mountain biking and running paths along the
river
Tourist excursions can be organized.
Italian, French, and English lessons are available.
Botanical skincare and babycare products
Facials using the the Villa's own, Anna Carera, botanical
skincare label.
Two golf courses are located nearby (10 miles & 15 miles), one
of which is a Jack Nicklaus Jr. design.

Covered private parking at no charge is available.
